This workshop, by Catalina Quiroz and Maria-Ines Arratia from The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA Spain), will explore the pivotal question of how to empower women's leadership in civil society. Given the importance and topicality of the issue, the summer workshop will have a follow-up, in-depth training.

Preparation of the Caux conference centre for summer. We offer the chance to spend a week at the Initiatives of Change Centre in Caux, Switzerland, interacting in a community of people from different countries, backgrounds and generations. From 20 June (late afternoon) to 28 June (morning) 2012.

Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS), which rents the former Caux-Palace for much of the year from the Swiss Foundation, CAUX-Initiatives of Change, celebrated its 20th anniversary at the beginning of May. The Foundation and the hotel school publicly noted their excellent partnership.
